I had a wonderful experience staying at this accommodation. When I couldn't get the keycard out of my car, the owner's son went with me to the dealership to help resolve the issue - outstanding service. The apartment and common areas were immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the center of town. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hotel over-rated. My room was clean, but utilitarian. Nothing charming. Stay there and forget it soon. Boring, normal, plain... Better to let your eyes wonder elsewhere.

We had a city trip in an apartment in Italy, and the apartment was spacious and clean with a practical layout. The location was great, 10-15 mins from the train station and close to restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed the complimentary food and drinks left in the kitchen for us.

The Wi-Fi wasn't working properly, and no one seemed to be able to fix it during our stay. The breakfast was a bit limited and didn't cater for different tastes.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The hotel facilities were well equipped, and the cleanliness was exceptional. Additionally, the location was very convenient. It was located in a quiet neighborhood by a park, and we were only 200 meters away from the Old City in Terni. On top of that, parking was free and transportation was easily accessible. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Our room had a slight smoke odor which detracted from the experience. the shower stall was small by American standards, but manageable.
